Reasons Why I Feel V3RSANT Did Not Get The PPA frown

First Let's Cover A Few Key Points (Colored In RED) From Previous Filings.

10-12G/A:
http://www.otcmarkets.com/edgar/GetFilingHtml?FilingID=9652075

PROJECT LOCATION:
"Energia Renovable Versant SRL, STLK’s subsidiary, has a lease agreement in Guanacaste, Costa Rica for its wind development project."

CNFL & GRUPO ICE CONNECTION:
"CNFL is a private company 98% owned by Grupo ICE."

EX-IM BANK POTENTIAL FUNDING:
"The Company received a letter of interest (the “Letter of Interest”) from the Export-Import Bank of the United States (“Ex-Im”) for $60,000,000."

EX-IM BANK REQUIRES A WTM (WIND TURBINE MANUFACTURER):
"The Company has already decided, as required by the Ex Im, to hire the wind turbine manufacturer (e.g.- General Eclectic, Vestas etc) to handle the Operations & Management of the wind park should the Company succeed in building it."

We now know a few key events that would have taken place if STLK was awarded the PPA. Which did not happen. frown

But it did happen for GLOBETEQ

Costa Rica Wind

Globeleq, through its majority owned subsidiary, Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy, was awarded contracts by the government owned utility, Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) to build, own and operate 4 x 20 MW wind projects. The projects are located at the Guanacaste province in northern Costa Rica.

A commitment letter was signed by ICE with each project company in February 2013, allowing a 12 month period to complete the permitting stage and execute the Power Purchase Agreement. Once the Agreement is signed, construction should commence in the third quarter of 2014 with commercial operation expected in late 2015.

Location: Costa Rica
Description: The four projects are Build, own and operate wind projects located at Altamira; Campos Azules; La Perla and Miramar.
Fuel Type: Wind
Capacity: 4 x 20MW
Present status of development: Final development

frownGrupo ICE is backing up GLOBETEQ! Remember, CNFL is 98% owned by Grupo ICE. But why is V3rsant claiming delays because of CNFL rule changing? When CNFL (Grupo ICE) is going all out with GLOBELEQ!frown

Orosi

http://www.globeleq.com/portfolio/development_projects/9/Oros

Globeleq owns a majority interest in Globeleq Mesoamerica Energy (GME), the leading wind generation company in Central America. Orosí is a 50 MW greenfield wind project located in Liberia, Costa Rica, 100% owned by GME subsidiary, Inversiones Eolicas de Orosí Dos S.A. Financial close and notice to proceed with construction occurred in December 2013. Once completed, the facility will sell electricity to Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE), the government owned electricity utility company under a 20 year PPA.

Location: Liberia, Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica
Description: 25 x 2.0 Gamesa G80 wind turbines
Fuel Type: Wind
Capacity: 50 MW
Present status of development: Construction
