For avoidance of doubt, the meeting will continue to be held at 9:00 p.m. on March 14, 2014 at the Company’s offices at 1 Liangshuihe First Avenue, Beijing E-town Economic and Technology Development Area, E-Town, Beijing 100176, People’s Republic of China. The proxy statement stated that the meeting would be held at the equivalent time of 8:00 a.m., EST on March 14, 2014. However, due to daylight savings time, the US equivalent will be 9:00 a.m., EDT on March 14, 2014.
