Question..There appears to be approx. 1,300,000 options exercised in the past 24 months..Is that good or bad? TIA
Good if you mean the share price has risen making the options worth more.
Bad if... (from my previous post)... management wasn't given a seemingly endless supply of options. A little investment on their part would be nice. As someone else pointed out many members of this board have more money invested in IDCC than management. Somehow it would make me feel better if management were paid salaries and incentive bonuses even if the value were the same as the options they get. At least that wouldn't send negative messages when insiders sell in mass quantities (not to mention the dilution issue).
