Would you people do your DD?! Or do you just not want to see the writing on the wall?? You've got a 1 man operation here acting as CEO and CFO with "consultants" who just so happen to be just as busy on other "big" projects. You've got a company that's still pitching the same "We have 3 softwares and are getting ready to release a hardware" speech they were pitching 2 YEARS AGO. Just a few months ago, they underwent a similar "buyout" that left them with once again, no money. Do a quick Google search for Brent Fouch and Kerry Driscoll. They'll be lucky to stay out of jail for 2014, let alone launch any company worth anything near what this one is trading for. But really, don't take my word for it. GOOGLE THIS STUFF!
