where did Barnett say BGL made the payments? and If I recall correctly, there was more to MSJ's claim of default besides non payment...It's been claimed that BGL is suing MSJ AND Barnett, so why would it be a surprise that he stalled, and why is it so shocking that he stalled as one of the defendants and not as MSJ?
