Barnett's filings, testimony and statements have never denied that BGL made all the payments necessary under the JV Option Agmt.

Barnett is a defendant as well as head of MSJ. I was surprised that someone admitted that. There is no Jaime so he was never removed. Barnett tells so many lies he can't remember which version he told last. That is a problem for liars as the truth always trips them up. Like SRGE never being on the PMR.

Minera San Jorge has NEVER denied BGL made all the payments called for in the LOA, letter of agreement.

Of course this was after he claimed that Bandera did not pay. He can't keep the story straight. Long story short BGL WON the case at the State Court level and the case is before the Federal Court.
