I'm not sure if Google is big enough to justify Intel building a Google-only SKU.

You bet your life that Intel will bend over backwards for the likes of Google. There is no way that Intel will just let Google do a POWER/ARMH chip and lose that business because they didn't want to integrate an accelerator block for Google.

Intel's new management isn't stupid. They will be very aggressive to do these custom chips for any household names like Google, FB, etc.
