OTCMarkets is little more than a "filing cabinet" for companies to file their reports. And I have seen so many companies file false or misleading reports that pinks have very little credibility.
Sometime last fall I suggested to Danny that he just file to become current on the pinks and he more or less said when the time is right things will be done right and IENT will be uplisted.
I agree most pink and even some OTCQB stocks are a gamble but IENT has an 18 year history of no convertible notes, and the A/S has not changed. With Danny as CEO, IENT is being reborn.
On December 18, 2001, J.W. Stealey, IENT's founder and former CEO and director, acquired effective control of IENT pursuant to a common stock investment in the Registrant by Mr. Stealey and his co-investors, John E. Cay III and Daniel R. Young.
40,566,918 shares of Common Stock issued and outstanding as of November 13, 2002 per IENT's Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q
for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2002.
On January 15, 2003, 1,911,318 shares of Common Stock were purchased @.10 ($191,131) by Gerald F. Stahlecker and three investor groups he represented.
This increased the O/S to 42,478,236. We know Danny received IENT shares for his intellectual property in the merger so I am guessing the current O/S is now between 50 and 60M shares.
