Their PC chip guys and their server guys are. Heck, even the low power CPU guys are. But the SoC teams? They haven't proven that yet - not by a long shot.
You are world class when you deliver products on-time and on-target and make your shareholders money. You are second rate when you show up late and underdressed.
Sorry, as an investor, this is what I see and what is reflected in the financials/share price. I'm sure the teams at Intel have smart guys, but as a team they have not yet demonstrated that they can deliver.
They completely blew it on 22nm, and I don't think a single person here should give them a free pass for that.
