Shares from 2009 & 2010 now? LMMFAO...NTEK has NEVER issued 504 shares...
ntek took control of the public entity on April 30, 2009. Those share issuances were consummated under DeKett and Foley whereas they claimed reliance on Rule 504 of Regulation D. That 8-K isn't the only SEC filing that they claimed the Rule 504 exemption.
If you're getting your DD from foley, ntek...and/or the TA...I suggest you consider their respective...character...reputation....and destination (prison), lOl...
Just a thought.

On April 30, 2009 the Company entered into a Purchase and Sale agreement wherein the Company will exchange 6,480,000 of its common shares for 100% of the issued shares of Nanotech Entertainment Inc. (“Nanotech”).
Nanotech is a privately held corporation that holds intellectual property in the development and sales of technology and games for the coin-op / arcade, casino gaming, and consumer entertainment markets.
