Shares from 2009 & 2010 now? LMMFAO...NTEK has NEVER issued
504 shares...This isn't rocket science,...a company has the right to
offer & "MAY" convert; HOWEVER, they may also convert via another
(namely as RESTRICTEDS) if they wish as well....
I would contanct ir@nanotechent.com & get the information necessary
to SELF-VERIFY!!! I have. And they provided me with copies of the
original certs STAMPED "RESTRICTED STOCK" on the face, with a
cert number, cusip number & countersigned by the Transfer Agent.
One can USE THAT INFORMATION to contact the Transfer Agent &
TRIPLE-CHECK (as I have) the veracity of the claim.
Their is NO WORKAROUND with the Transfer Agent & NanoTech
has NEVER issued ANYTHING BUT...RESTRICTED STOCK!!! PERIOD!!!
End of story...
BTW, where was the defense of LIES PROCLAIMING 136mm RESTRICTEDS
when the TA has them at 76mm?
Where was the defense of LIES PROCLAIMING the FLOAT was getting
DUMPED INTO...when the NTEK stock & share structure has been
stable for 6 months?
The company has NOT DEFENDED those lies & misrepresentations &
neither the FRAUD DD FEIGNING HIGHER INTEREST, so I see no
reason for them to say a word here...but the information is
available for SELF-VERIFICATION for those who wish to do so!
Let me know if I missed the quest for truth on those items
