It would certainly seem that Nok cannot have it both ways. They either licensed IDCC's W-CDMA technology back in 1999 with an agreement to set the rate at a later date because they believed IDCC had or would have essential patents at the time or they duped IDCC into opening their libraries to the Nok engineering staff (under the guise of a joint developement effort which, although completed, Nok has made no effort to promote or market as represented)in order to influence the various standards groups to wire around same.
