Revlis--After reviewing Nokia's lastest filing, I believe that the parties probably were unable to work out an agreement on discovery scheduling. On the last page of its filing, Nokia makes reference to the fact that IDCC wants to take limited discovery on its defenses prior to allowing Nokia discovery at the outset. I now assume that the parties worked out the extension because there will be a series of filings by them on Wednesday with regard to the dispute as to how discovery should take place. IMHO
