Very helpful calendar! Been out of town Jan and early Feb and away from computer. This is very helpful in getting back on board, Magillagorilla.

Magilla: Thanks for your work. You might change the due date for NOK's brief in the 2nd circuit court of appeals to April 15 or thereabouts. It is due 40 days after the transcript is filed. The transcript is not due until about March 6.
