June 2007 seems so dreadfully far away to wait for MU's patent trial.
Perhaps we can reconsile ourselves if events unflod in March of this year so as to give us confidence that infringement penalty royalties are accruing at an insanely expensive rate and that a trebling of the willfull infringement damages is in the cards.
