An asset auction to me sounds like the final curtain call before a BK filing takes place. Neither one has made the big news boards and have been in the semi-dark for now. As always a wait and see. IMO CERP's products are great and I'm all for them just need to see something come of this other than more and more toxic financing which kills both the company and shareholders in the end. In reality Ironridge owns CERP, not the shareholders or the insiders.
