I doubt it will auction.

I would think the pre-existing debtor now know about the new $5M coming in.

A big chunk of that if not all could go to them.

Sure,CERP is kicking the can down the road,but it can be the difference between success and failure.

I think an asset auction with this on the table is pointless.
