When are fins due Probably 2015 or 16, right after foley gets out of jail and reverse splits your complete holdings of Ntek into a little splotch of bird poo while not altering his and the insiders own restricted stock. Any OTC Current Info ticker that does NOT report On-Time would see a change in OTC Status from OTC - "CURRENT INFO" to "Limited Info" or worse.
NTEK has consistently maintained OTC CURRENT INFO & typically files in ADVANCE of their deadlines.
NTEK has remained "OTC - Current Info" tier by being fully reporting & compliant; ON TIME, every time. The due-date for their last Q is by Feb 15th.
Any other ANSWER to this simple question reads as FRAUD DD FEIGNING HIGHER INTEREST since, as one can see, THE FACTS are quiet simple & straightforward as they apply to NTEK here.
In ADDITION, NTEK has always said it is their intention to be FULLY REPORTING so as to make a return back to the BB as seamless as possible...Maintaining CURRENT INFO with the OTC is one way to achieve that mid-term goal.
