When are fins due

Probably 2015 or 16, right after foley gets out of jail and reverse splits your complete holdings of Ntek into a little splotch of bird poo while not altering his and the insiders own restricted stock. Of course, this was only to up list somewhere. But if Ntek doesn't start filing with the SEC, then all the numbers are baloney.
