I believe I will add to my list of Weby's Investing Tips

When one doesn't believe in management, one should find some other company that is developing the same technology!

Please try that ASAP.

If managment pulls it off....you're wrong because management pulled it off.

If management doesn't pull it off, you're wrong because the technology couldn't overcome management.

What advice would you give me about investing in this company, at this point in time -- given it's history, management, and technology?

They should care less what is being said here about them. It comes with the job. That is why they make the big bucks. (have they told you what they read here irks them?) Their ultimate vindication would be to turn a profit for once. AND, they cannot be tried here, but they can and are being tried in court under a class action suit for alleged improprieties. Let those chips fall where they may. Nothing said here on this board is going to sway that. I hope they beat if they are innocent AND I hope thy are innocent.
