I was using the low end provided by SKS. He has used higher numbers also in his "range". When I listen to SKS, I become focused on the low end as to try and not be to disappointed.

But, you are right, I should have been more fair.

the source is Dutton....Dutton also said that
ESC was 10 cents & the Qtr numbers so far
according to Dig shows 13 cents for ESC.
