Several questions for you if you don't mind responding. (thanks for your previous response!)

In the 2012 filing on OTC listed as inactive:
1. It says the issuer has never been a shell company. Any idea how that could be if the haven't had operations for years?
2. Who is the fellow E.G Marchi signed on bottom, he is not listed anywhere in Nevada SOS as having been a current or previous officer of the company.
3. It says that no directors or executive officers have any shares in the company. Wonder how that is possible especially considering that 73,000 shares of preferred stock are outstanding?!
4. It says also that there was no change of control or ownership?!

I'm just thinking out loud, but it does appear that this guy Marchi was going to take over the company in 2012 and for some reason or other those plans were nixed. Still the original owners and officers in my opinion are those listed on Nevada SOS namely, BRUCE N BARTON
I do think he has insider shares, but perhaps for some reason they weren't mentioned in the filing of 2012 since the shares hadn't changed over to the Marchi fellow??????

Bingo! Found an interesting detail in the 2012 filing:

Check note 4 related party transactions:
Free office space from it's majority shareholder and Cheif Executive Officer.

Seems like lots of inaccurate info in the filing. My guess is though that this part of majority shareholder is correct and the part about insiders not holding any shares was incorrect. And if I may speculate why, it's because of lack of access or correct info from the transfer agent.
