"Seems like lots of inaccurate info in the filing."
I'm sorry that you took the time to read that filing inasmuch as it is "Inactive" (see the right hand column of the Filings and Disclosure page). It shouldn't be relied upon for any purpose.
The one question I think that I can answer is....
1. It says the issuer has never been a shell company. Any idea how that could be if the haven't had operations for years?
The simplest definition of a shell company is a company that has no operations AND no significant assets other than cash. Contrary to the (unreliable because they are "Inactive") statements in that filing, which show some revenues generated and resultant Accounts Receivable, I suspect that those numbers may have been fabricated for the specific purpose of justifying a "No" answer to the shell question. I don't think that answer is any more reliable than the rest of that filing. In fact, here's a fun game....find out who those accounts receivable were due from, the basis for the billing, when they collected on those receivables and what they did with the money (I'm kidding...you've wasted enough time on this).
I'm not sure what drew you to this project, but the only thing that I can think of that would justify it is a case of cabin fever based on some of this crap weather we've been getting.
You've already done a fair amount of due diligence.....unfortunately, I believe that it would have been better spent elsewhere. It will be interesting to see if the two posters whose posts you linked are still willing to express an interest in the company, assuming they noticed your response/links to their posts.
Good Luck.
