Maybe he will turn it around and I hope he does, but saying he could have taken the company private is not something he could do without a vote and isn't anything I believe would be in his benefit.
If he claims he could have been a millionaire taking it private and sales are booming, why is the stock tanking? A RS doesn't take away value...
