It wasn't a matter of him "taking it private". It would have been a matter of him walking away, and then starting it up on his own. What was left here would have died without him.

The stock is tanking because toxic shares are hitting the market. Laura Anthony scared them out of hiding. The cap table was a mess and had to be fixed in order for RENU to go anywhere in the future, hence the necessity of the R/S. (I don't have to like it, to understand it, and accept it.)

The link on the renuen.com site isn't working yet. I've sent an email in and they are working on getting the CC uploaded. It's a "must listen".

IMO, the man played it on the up and up. He could have: Held the CC, announcing all the great revenues and expansions, and got everyone excited and eager.......

And then waited until Friday at close to publish the R/S PR. But he didn't.

He put out the PR, and then manned up at the CC.

I, for one, was MORE interested in the CC because of the PR. While some were so distraught, that they apparently couldn't listen to it, or wouldn't, I wanted to hear, straight from the horse's mouth, why it was done.

And it was fully explained, in detail. No punches pulled.

I don't know what else to say. If the PR was the "end all" for some, then that's how it is. However, the PR was linked to the CC, and both need to be examined as an entity for the whole picture.

I have some maple trees I need to bleed. Will try to check in later.
