Currently Jordan seems to have taken the position that Whyte did last year. I would have to research the scope of what Whyte gave Hynix but on the surface it looks the same. We’d all hoped Jordan would just accept the Hynix record but obviously Jordan wants to rule on this issue.
I’d like to see the tables turned as well and can't say why Rambus has not attempted to do so.
