So Jordan waits 6 months, knows that Whyte has already ruled that Rambus did not spoliate, Transfers the case to California, and then rules that Micron has made a prima facie case for spoliation?

Perhaps Micron has nothing to go on, and they are giving them no reasons for appeal, but the BS has to end.

When is Rambus going to show a prima facie case that Micron and others have spoliated documents? The crime fraud exception seems to get applied to Rambus all the time, and it has always come up empty. Why doesn't it apply to the amigos?
