Yes, that is true along with permits in place, who owns what claims as mapped out by SFMI, a drilling program, monies to fund such operation going to War Eagle Mountain via Beijing, China, etc, etc, etc.... no hype when investors are buying the stock to see progress as you noticed the stock up over 15% today.
