As I pointed out in a previous post, with the options currently granted of 3.3 million at an average strike price of $10, management today has a gain/bonus equal to over $40,000,000.
Here is something that came to me while reading your post. As we would suffer a 10% dilution effect, so would management who holds these options and the shares they have.
