24601,
I have not claimed to be right all along. I have called it as I have seen it. Remember, I used to one of the longest of longs, so if I have been wrong, was I worng back then too?
The only constant in life is change. Anyone who can not see that is a person who is ignorant. Things were good once, I was long then. Things got bad, I didn't see it in time because I broke a golden rule, I fell in love with an investment.
Then. I woke up, smelt the roses and didn't like what I saw. I still am far from convinced that this company will succeed. I'm only acknowledging there is a chance. Things look like they might be changing.
If this company does make it, I'll get very rich off it. I know that makes some people cringe, but so be it. I now see this as an investment. I'll NEVER fall in love with any company ever again.
If the longs are right in the end, I applaud them. If they hate me for the things I've said over the last few years, so be it, I don't really care. If my opinion of management turns out to be correct (and I still think very little of them) and the company goes under, I'll still be hated by the longs, even when correct. I'm hated either way. It doesn't bother me, I've come to accept it.
For me, its all about making money at this point, nothing else. That is the purpose of investing in case anyone has forgotten.
