LQMT gave Apple the exclusive rights to use LiquidMetal in consumer electronics. The reverse is not true. Apple did not agree to give up any possibility of using LQMT in other areas. It's a very shrewd one-way agreement.
Apple has been creating patents with LQMT for over two years now. Apple has what it needs. Anything in Crucible is there for both LQMT and AAPL to use forever. Why continue the agreement?
