Why would Dereck want to merge? He has a very profitable business without TRTC. There are a lot of advantages for TRTC, but what's in it for Derek and his current partners?


I think that many of the newer owners of this stock believe that the CA dispensary is TRTC's. Its NOT! We have a 5 acre greenhouse and Eatible Gardens, plus some licenses.

This stock will very possibly soar, but it will take a lot of time.We are building a strong base.

Seriously bro? Smoke a joint to calm down. I'm invested in this company myself. I actually bought in at .30 and didn't care if I took short term losses because I see this company doing good things not just in weed but in the food industry. It's just bizarre why it is seperate from Oakland setup. It would make TRTC more credible that he is fully invested in TRTC. It's almost like a golden parachute if TRTC doesn't work out and were all sitting here all shitty.
