Not so sure it is a scam yet, but most are. Until they register with the SEC, the doubt is always going to be highly probable it is a share selling scam.
I look at it as a small Company that was resurrected after a failure and liquidation while private.
They could not get funding while private, so went public in the OTC to get funding. The question is always going to be simple, why this dirty ticker? There were plenty out there without all the overhang.
I'm not complaining, Folger did most of the past shareholders very well with the Wialan merger considering where he brought ACYD down to.
if they have not proved that to your satisfaction, the strong trading recently gives you a terrific opportunity to divest yourself and move to another stock that meets your standards.
My opinion is that this company and the current PPS are built on WHAT LITTLE INFO the company has released, AND BASHERS! Now it's time for this company to step up!
