You clearly don't understand the concepts we have had here for many years now. Let me show you an example: #msg-236702

I don't see anything there about non stock-related boards being Private Clubs being run at the whim of the Moderator & Directors with the ability to exclude whomsoever they chose despite their membership status.

To an extent. As I've repeated, I allow more room to run their board how they see fit, as long as it's within generally acceptable rules. There is no in stone way to write this up.
