>>Well now, that is the point. It's not their board; it's iHub's board.
To an extent. As I've repeated, I allow more room to run their board how they see fit, as long as it's within generally acceptable rules. There is no in stone way to write this up.
>>There are no such thing as Private Boards, right? The post did not violate iHub's TOU and as such should have been reinstated.
There are no private boards for STOCK-SPECIFIC DISCUSSIONS.
You clearly don't understand the concepts we have had here for many years now. Let me show you an example: #msg-236702
Put in the most simple form: I will not step in on a "personal/club" board unless I need to. In this instance, there was no need. I consider those boards the property of the moderators and they can run it however the heck they want as long as it's not being abused in some way. It wasn't being abused and I didn't step in.
It's very cut and dry. If you disagree, I'm sorry, but I'm not changing rules or reinstating the post over this. The personal/club boards are the best ran on the site and I haven't seen a valid reason yet to mess with them.
I'm not aware of another way to handle this now infamous post that you are kicking a fuss over. They removed it, I didn't have any beef with it. You did, you appealed to me and the Moderator, we denied your request. It's over with. Don't post on that board if you don't like the people running it.
