agreed in regards to technology, the microscope
has out lasted most tools of its' kind and age
in abundant use today....
modern technology in many regards is driven to make the attempts
to simplify the human workload or imperfections of things
that can be factually demonstrated to be much improved or develop
new 'realms' of science,
according to its main objectives.
Why is it so many other methods are around
when repeatedly it's stated that PFGE is the mainstay of identification.
even with all its flaws and necessary human 'interpretations' for a result.
just as only a computer can hold enough data
to solve enough questions to give a high confidence reply,
on anything that can be defined accuarately as a program.
on top of all, that is so lasting, finding a way of combining 'all' of
these methods and objectives would be nothing less than, ASTOUNDING!!!
