Pending--Ongoing...are we not splitting hairs...But let that go..The case is pending...Opps..ongoing since 2008..still has not been adjudicated...Are you serious...a civil case still open since 2008...now really...does the S.E.C have a very strong case? Enron case took less time..but thanks for reminding...that old geezer of counsel is 82 years old...A rare cliche..Innocent until proven guilty...
