It's not pending litigation. It's ongoing litigation, in which Counselor Sonfield is a defendant, in the US District Court of the Southern District of Texas...Case 4:08-cv-02351. If it's important to you, get a Pacer account and you'll be able to read the case files.
But that's probably not worth doing...you can learn plenty just by reading the litigation release. It's linked right here:
