It's much better to have one and not need it yet than to need one and not have it yet like the ARM world.

It wasn't that long ago that Qualcomm, Nvidia and AMD were enraged about TSMC's lack of capacity. We are coming up on an instant replay of that.

It will be very interesting to watch the trainwreck that is going to occur when Apple, Qualcomm and Nvidia get thrown into the ring with scarce 20nm capacity. Two out of the three will be coming out of the ring bruised and bloody.
