This statement is normally true strut, but for $ONCS this logic won't stand simply because there are too many catalysts in the pipeline. They allowed it to run into the .50's. New buyers came in and now we are seeing some resistance. MM's are doing what they do,(make money)but sooner rather than later we will see $ONCS run to the $1.00+ range. There will be another battle in the $1's, but there is no way these MM's can hold $ONCS down. Mark this post for future reference
Yes that is correct. The MMs use manual entries for a lot of their transactions of bypassing certain buy orders. They keep their records such that there is no or very little "paper" trail by which they may be prosecuted by the SEC if there were to be an investigation. The sooner ONCS upgrades to the NASDAQ, the better.
