I will say the sooner we can uplist, the better. I realize some some recent buyers may be frustrated by the chart action. The MMs are definitely pulling all the manipulating tricks up their sleeves. Those with level 2 access can witness some of it.
As many may already be aware, In OTC, the MMs (ex, NITE) will not always fill your orders. Anybody buying from a non manipulating MM may notice. This tactic can clog the "lines" up for a bit and allow the downward pressure.
