If SVFC and Ironridge come to agreement then I suppose it is possible. I wouldn't hold my breath for that to happen though. A lot of bad blood between these litigants and other involved parties. I suspect Judge Oing will have to forcibly impose the final ruling on the two parties based in large part on Judge Gammerman's recommendations. Just my opinion, of course.
