I agree with you srchn41, IR is pissed about someone bailing svfc out of the 500k because they wanted the patent right and stood to make a lot of money with buyers they had lined up. I mean face it svfc has a huge money maker here in the patent once the air is clear from the bad apple trying to take the pie from us.. Judge will have to drop a verdict for a conclusion of this cramp..
It can be settled on the 22nd if the frivolous elements of what IR is asking are thrown out or basically IR is told there is no way it's going to happen. Neither of the two judges seem to hold much sympathy for what IR is trying to accomplish. If they piss off the judge the 22nd chances are they will feel that antipathy for IR when Oling rules. They risk losing not only the cash but court cost and everything else. It happens.
