NVIDIA claims:

- Move to a more suited flavor of the 28nm process
- Revision of the Cortex A15 that dramatically improves power consumption
- Learning from the T4 project

But the point still stands: Intel is busy goofing off by "giving away" under-powered Bay Trails while the rest of the SoC world is iterating next generation parts.

Hey, Intel with your $3B+/year losses in other IA...how about iterating out a better tablet chip on 22nm sooner?
