Thanks for the reply. It is hard to tell either way what the heck is going on. There seems to be people posting they spoke with Frank saying everything is fine and dandy as well as new finiancing was just obtained from RB posters(see my previous posts) howver I have not been able to get a hold of him though myself. Although I had not tried hard lately. I think I will start emailing him again to try to get him to call me just like he called Itesprit..

Frank in the CC said indirectly the company was having funding problems and needed to increase the AS for that film(to get a lone).. and we were told by Richard many times over the AS and OS was not being increased too(lies)... so add that weight to your data and you will find you are more right than wrong. I'm guessing 150 to 250 billion AS with 100 billion OS. Volume is too crazy for the OS to be anything less than 60 billion. CMKX was a trillion right? What was the volume over there before it was shut down by the SEC?
