here is what I posted to you concerning the A/S (how/when it was raised)

07-27-1999.......300,000,000
11-28-2001.......600,000,000
01-05-2002.......900,000,000
03-25-2002.....1,500,000,000
04-19-2002.....2,500,000,000
10-01-2002.....3,500,000,000
02-28-2003.....7,500,000,000
04-21-2003....10,000,000,000
07-16-2003....15,000,000,000
11-03-2003....25,000,000,000
04-08-2004....28,000,000,000
08-05-2004....50,000,000,000
11-04-2005....60,000,000,000
12-19-2005...100,000,000,000

my comment that it will go to 200 Billion on Feb 23rd is pure speculation! I came up with that based on conversations and the past history on how Frank raised the A/S in the past.

Tomorrow, I will call Washington State and see if I can verify what another posted stated...that Washington State won't let a company raise the A/S over 100 billion.

If this info is correct (it would be nice) then we have another concern. The idea that we will be hit with a R/S or R/merger. My last conversations with the company (different people) has me VERY concern, we all know that they are cash poor and as we know from their actions in the past, even if they have said...NO R/S, there are no guarantees that will be the case.

As I said, I hope I'm WRONG!

I hope that this board doesn't get overloaded with posting today...the Super Bowl should take most people's attention away from our past mistake (supporting Frank), and the final score (Pittsburgh spanking the Seahawks) should be fun.

Until tomorrow
