Think about the number of viruses that might be a threat. Now think of getting a vaccine for each of them. While a few vaccines might not pose much of a danger what is the effect of constantly bombarding the immune system with vaccines for something that might be contracted?
It might be a lot safer to take a viricide when and if a specific virus becomes a problem.
