Technically, I don't consider the purchase of a new division of the company with stock as dilution at all.

It's like taking money out of one pocket and putting it in the other. Nothing is technically lost. You have more shares...but you have a bigger company with more assets.

That's why I'm going to do my best to assess the new "fair value" of the company POST SEMCO.

If they paid a fair price for it...we're at least as well off as we were PRE SEMCO.

If they got it cheap...we're BETTER off than we were in spite of the larger OS.

Then there's the possibility/probability that they were truthful when they said the purchase of SEMCO was done with privat funds.....!!!

And the added shares were for payment of lawyers and accountants in that case.

THAT MEANS...they're moving forward with the audit and the uplisting.
