It is really complex, the score comes out of a regression equation. I may have to change some of the coefficients, I have not changed these in two years, but right now, the result are similar to those readings gotten in July 2001 and in mid May last year, not pretty at all.

Just printed out many indexes (stockcharts 2000 to now):
(1) Dec 2002 high is getting closer.
(2) Want to remind you about June 20, 2003, where the
52 week High Line becomes "based on Dec 2002 high).
This will increase the number on the new highs list.IMHO.
