in 2014 I project Np-1 player to be in all Best buy stores, dividend payments will take place, and longs will be kickin butt and taking nuubie names.

(1) Look at the payroll. $290,556 for every month, constant. Zero growth company. No new programmers/engineers or high quality hires. Zero. Nada. Zip. No growth. Fake numbers.

(2) Folly failed and meant to put $250,000 in the 3rd month instead of $25,000 (under HR Fees - Bonuses). Fake numbers.

(3) Shipping. $15,000 for the ENTIRE year, lOl...$33,885,315 (almost 34 million dollars)...shipped...for $15,000....total. For the year. Folly needs to revisit this...fabricated calculation. Fake numbers. Shipping imaginary products. To Brazil.

(4) Equipment. Constant $25,000 per month. That means for the whole year...$300,000...they can purchase ONLY one "content scanner"...or lease just a couple/few. Their alleged ballgame is "content"...where's the equipment capital outlay to support any growth. That's right...there isn't any growth. Just...fake numbers. That don't add up.

(5) Audit is only done once a year (annual report)...not every quarter. Folly failed fantasy. No reason to pay for work that hasn't been performed. There will never be an audit. Fake numbers. Abound. Especially from the past (need 2 years audited financials) share distributions and unaccounted-for-assets of near ten million dollars. Galore.

No need to go over the projected revenues as we all know that those numbers (and previously reported revenues/profits) are beyond fake.

NTEK 2014 financial projections have been released and posted to OTC! 3 Key words: Revenues!! Dividends!! Buyback!!

Over $33.8MM in revenues projected folks!! Incredible growth!

Quarterly dividend starting in April at .59 for every 1000 shares. Dividend jumps to $1.02 for every 1000 shares in July!

The company will start buying back $500K worth of stock starting in July for a total of $3MM on FY.

Can someone please explain the dividend date? Will actual divy be issued next month or is it the cut off date. I talked with my broker today and he informed me that they have no paperwork filed or evidence of a dividend coming from NTEK next month. These guys dont always know what there talking about so im really just asking no need for any attacks its just a question. He also said no one is naked shorting ether so take it for what it is he explained why but im not going to get into that mess prob why no one really knows the truth. I dont know anymore. He was quite interested in NTEK when i got into the product and story of NTEK. One post for the day so i wont be responding. Thanks
